We currently have immediate openings for an Assistant Manager in our Jacksonville, FL location. Our store is located at 11702 Beach Blvd Ste 105 & 106.

Assistant Manager will have a shared responsibility for managing all aspects of store operations while leading a team of Retail Sales Team Members. The Assistant Team Leader will be responsible for the following essential functions:

· Sales generation and Customer Service – maximizing sales and profits while minimizing costs.
· Maintain store presentation to Cycle Gear standards.
· Provide excellent customer service utilizing the Seven Sales Steps and five Key Team Member Standards.
· Personnel management and promotion – recruiting Retail Sales Team Members, staffing the store within wage budgets, and providing an environment conducive to employee development and that exemplifies Cycle Gear’s mission.

Damn and here I need a new job but this is too far away and my management skill suck. Hey racer222 how about a loafer position? Ya know the one where ya sit/stand around all day and shoot the crap drinking soda and eating cookies convincing people to buy stuff they don't need. Can I have that job?
