Why were you passing Snowman? I though he was faster?

he got the inside drive on me.... and I did not want to slam the door on him going into the circle.....
when bobby tried it on me I said hell no and I just pulled a pete on him
All I wish is that i would have got more time running in the faster groups on Sat and early Sunday... I think that handy capped me some what and I was playing catch up the rest of the weekend.
I still managed to pull a few low 1:09's but I would have liked to have gotten down to the 1:07's like bobby...
either way it was great and you guys missed a great time...
Can't wait for next year!

because I'm the slowest guy :D. I was having such a fantastic time! If you notice one of the pics coming out of the horseshoe on exit, I was pinning back so hard that my front tire is off the track. That happened almost everytime! Great seat time experience for me :woot:

Far from it Dude! I definitely get the slowest rider award. Being able to hang with the big boyz for at least a good part of a lap was a real mile stone achievement for me.

True... For a while anyway.
That was the fastest I had ever run. Ever! :show:
I can only guess what my times were during that session.

OLP you did fantastic.... like you said stay in your comfort zone and as you have seen you will get faster and faster...
I'm sure by the time you get to JGP again you will have shaved off a shit load of time. Riding on diffeent tracks makes youa more well rounded rider.. Tall taugh me throttle control whic I was lacking on the new bike. I'm sure come sept I will be able to bring my times down by at least 2 seconds know that I know that I can realy get on the gas with out it slipping.. throttle control!
it also does not hurt that the BT003's tha Josh has are the shit! way sticky and they last!!!!!!!!!

Yep... So far my "stay in your comfort zone" technique has worked well for me. No "oh Shit" moments and just kept getting smoother... faster became just a byproduct of smoothness. No doubt I will be much more comfortable at Jennings and faster will again be the byproduct. This event also gave me some much needed passing practice and being passed was no problem either.
Remember when you were behind me and there was the guy on the Silver CBR in front of me? My front tire was about 2 feet from his rear as he swung wide coming out of the decreasing right hander coming out of the bowl. Hard on the throttle coming out and then you and I passed him like no tomorrow then hard into the left before the back straight. That was totally wicked!!! I think that was the lap that I turned the 1:11.
