I let it slip last week that I knew there was a "fix" coming for all 07 R1's with thier poor acceleration in 2nd gear at 5250 RPM, well today Yamaha sent to all its dealers a memo that they are to talk to the customers if the customer complains about the issue and do a diagnostic to eliminate all other causes, if nothing else can be found, on June 6th a fix will be released to those complaining
